Nestled in the heart of Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, this snug boutique retreat offers everything you need to relax, recharge, and explore the great outdoors year-round. Vacation Lease Agreement: A vacation lease agreement is required for every stay and must be completed after booking. Failure to sign and return the agreement will result in cancellation of the reservation. Please review and complete the lease promptly to ensure a smooth check-in process. 🌟 Unwind in Style: Relax in the private 6-person hot tub or rejuvenate in the 2-person sauna, all surrounded by a tranquil forest setting. 🌊 Lake Adventures Await: A quick 5-minute walk takes you to our private community lake access for paddleboarding, swimming, or simply soaking in the serene views. At the cabin, we offer an inflatable SUP, kayaks, lake floats, camping chairs, lake towels, and a beach wagon that you can bring with you (and return when done) to enjoy your time at the lake. Note: There is NO dock slip with our cabin. Only non-motorized crafts can launch from our private community lake access. 🍴 Cook and Dine Together: The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, countertop oven, dishwasher, and a coffee bar with single-serve and drip options. Share meals in the dining area or enjoy al fresco dining on the front deck. 🛏️ Restful Nights: Sleep soundly in our three bedroom options -- **Treetop Suite - the primary king suite with a memory foam mattress and private balcony, ** Birch Room which features a queen Sleep Number bed, or ** Fern Room which has a queen memory bed and a twin trundle for additional sleeping options - all with peaceful forest views. 🔥 Cozy Outdoor Fun: Grill your favorites, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy the bistro-lit backyard—perfect for stargazing and evening conversations. ❄️ Year-Round Activities: Whether skiing, snowboarding, and tubing at Wisp Resort, or boating, hiking, and fishing at Deep Creek, Swallow Falls or any of the nearby parks, adventure is always close by. Centrally located, Trees Company is just minutes from the area’s best attractions, including state parks, hiking trails, shopping, restaurants, and Wisp Resort. Whether you’re planning a winter retreat or summer lake getaway, this cabin is the ultimate base for your adventure. From the dog-friendly policy to thoughtful details like the cozy book nook, smart TVs, electric fireplace, and games, this cabin is designed with comfort and fun in mind. Perfect for families, couples, and friends, it’s a place where unforgettable memories are made. NOTE 1: Our wonderful cabin is tucked away in nature, on a steep grade, and you need to walk up several steps to get to the front door. Be aware that this may not be a good fit for anyone with mobility issues. NOTE 2: 4WD/AWD or snow tires are always recommended for the area during the Winter months of November - March. Snow plowing and shoveling service comes when we have over 6" of snow, so please plan ahead.

Visits with Family/Friends: ** We do not allow parties/large gatherings. However, if you are coming to the area to visit with friends/family, please disclose and discuss with us before you book any wanted/planned gatherings with people who are not included in your original booking. We are not unreasonable, however, we as homeowners and insurance policyholders need to be responsible owners, hosts, and good neighbors. Driveway with Ample Parking: ** We offer a circular gravel driveway that fits up to 3 standard vehicles. If you are planning to bring more than 3 standard vehicles, please discuss this with us prior to booking. Security Features - For Your Safety: ** We have two cameras on the property, one at the front door, one facing the yard/street, and one in the backyard facing the hot tub and sauna. These are required by our insurance company. There are no cameras in or facing inside the house. Your privacy is important to us. We want you to feel safe and relaxed while on vacation. NOTE: We recommend the use of 4WD/AWD or snow tires when visiting the Deep Creek area during the winter months of November - March. Snow plowing and shoveling service comes when we have over 6" of snow, so please plan ahead. Hot Tub and Sauna: ** The hot tub and sauna are maintained by professionals and instructions are in the Welcome Book in the house. The hot tub is heated automatically to 100 degrees. When not in use, make sure to cover the hot tub for safety and cleanliness. The cover is locked, per county law, and we provide the code at check-in. The hot tub is professionally cleaned twice a week, so keep an eye out for our maintenance crew. ** Note: A $300 fee will be applied for any misuse of the hot tub and/or sauna, in addition to the cost of any necessary repairs or damages. Gearing Up for Lake Time: ** When heading to the lake, we offer amenities such as microfiber towels, an inflatable stand-up paddleboard, 2 sit-on 8-foot kayaks, camping chairs, life jackets, beach wagon, and lake floats as a courtesy. NOTE: Guest accepts and assumes their own risk when using any of the complimentary gear. Maryland Mountain Critters - Let's Keep Them Outside: ** We love Western Maryland living and all that comes with it...even the wildlife. Guests should keep in mind that we share our environment with a variety of wildlife here, including insects, reptiles, birds, deer, foxes, bears, and more. We have regular pest control, but you may see some of these friends during your stay. Keeping doors and windows closed and keeping food stored and sealed properly are good ways to ensure that a little pest or other friends won't come in ;) If the Host identifies anything that could affect the health, safety, or well-being of the unit or guests, they reserve the right to enter the unit.
